Connect+ is a service where sellers can take the order confirmation via WhatsApp or IVR or manually call. Increase the prepaid count of the order by converting the COD order to prepaid.
ITL connect+ is the dashboard where users can overview the order’s total count, ITL connect+ charges, Sent and Received message total, and total coupon redeemed.
This module is for sellers to review orders that are converted from cod to Prepaid mode. Sellers can see all the order details, coupon applied details, coupon type, and payment status.
This module is designed to add coupons for each coupon type, like flat and discount, and also to view coupon details for total discount, successfully redeemed, total discount, and total revenue
