How to navigate On-channel Integration ?
- Login to the iThink Logistics panel by entering a valid login ID and password.
- The user will be sent to the dashboard click the Add Store menu below Store Integration from Menu Sidebar.
- The user will be sent to the Add Store page by clicking on Add Store.
- The user will be sent to the Channel Integration page, where they can search Woocommerce Channel or select Woocommerce. Click on the “integrate” button.
- The user will be sent to the Add Store page.
- On the left side, Fill in basic information such as Store name, email, communication brand, contact Number, and Website URL, and on the right side Sync the order status.
- Here, fill in the details of the in-store URL and get the access token and Secret key. On the right side, select suitable Sync options and click on the Done button
- After clicking the Done button, the Store is created successfully, and the user is sent to the Add Store page. The user can check that the new store has been added successfully.
How do you configure iThink Logistics in the WooCommerce panel?
- Login into the WooCommerce Admin Panel.
- Click on WooCommerce.
- Click on Plugins.
- Search for iThink Logistics in Plugins.
- The two types of plugins will be displayed Single Vendor & Multi-Vendor
- Click on Single Vendor Plugin.
- Click on Install & Active.
- Once Activated, the iThink Plugin will be visible in the sidebar click on it.
- Once clicked, you will get the Token & Secret Key
- Enter the access Token and secret key into the text field as given in the add store of the iThink Logistics panel.
- Click on the save button.
- The user can see iThink logistics in the list.
How do we Synchronize orders in the iThink logistics panel?
- Go to the iThink dashboard, then click on store order.
- From the store order menu, click on WooCommerce Order.
- Select WooCommerce as a channel.
- Select the newly created store.
- Click on Sync order.
- After clicking Sync, the user can see the WooCommerce order in the iThink Logistics panel.
