As a seller, you have the complete option to rate and review our service.
Find out how you can rate our service.

• Login to your iThink Logistics dashboard and click on the Profile Icon. Click on the Rate Us option at the Right side button. Click on "rate us", and a page as displayed in the image below will open.

• To rate our service, you must give feedback by answering few questions. 
• You will be given options for each question you must select. Once you finish one question, click on continue to move on to the next question.

• If you want to change the answer to your question, click the "Back" option. It will take you back to the previous question.

• If you choose the "other" option for any question, kindly specify the detailed answer.

• In the last question, you must give your overall service experience the final rating.

• You can rate by dragging the scale, selecting a particular number, and clicking submit.

Note: If you wish to change your answer, click the Back button. It will take you back to the previous screen.
